Pros
I've worked full time at GroundTruth for 18 months. The company has great technology, and stays true to 'location' at it's core. It also moves quickly, pivots as the market demands, and because of that people have to be comfortable with change and working with a bit of ambiguity. It doesn't suit everyone. For those who thrive under those conditions, there is a lot of opportunity to grow (the learning curve is steep). - Good compensation and package - Nice perks, such as free lunch, gym and mobile - Great, smart people and good culture - Working with products you believe in - Opportunity to work in another country for 12 months - Good social areas, and informal office environment
Cons
It's not perfect. - A lack of processes creates a lot of internal facing admin - There isn't really an off switch, so you will work abnormal hours on occasion
