      Got to learn how to use industry standard CAD software and occasional site visits around Colorado.

      Cons

      Not as laid back as they seem, and they are not up front about their expectations. The promises that were said during the interview process were not upheld on their end during the internship.

      Pros

      Awesome benefits, flexibility in schedule, mission driven organization, a lot of autonomy as soon as you demonstrate capability and expertise in your area practice, lots of return clients contributing to a strong portfolio of work.

      Cons

      Some clients are only interested in code compliance and that type of work can feel monotonous. Otherwise Group14 is an awesome place to work.
