      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Management really cares about the employees. They encourage the employees to go out of their way to satisfy clients. Pleasant work environment with many company wide outings.

      Cons

      Most of the management team have been with the company for several years. Change and new ideas, while welcomed, are not implemented effectively across all areas of the company.

      Pros

      Latest technology, set up properly from the first day you arrive so that you can do your job Company owner really cares about his employees

      Cons

      For me the commute was horrible but obviously that's not the company's fault but it's the main reason I left IT Manager quite nasty, criticizes doesn't praise. I found out when I resigned that CIO said I was better than anyone they'd had for the position .
