Slumlord owner who admittedly does not care about company image or tenant or employee satisfaction, irregular raises, zero support from superiors, ZERO communication even regarding the most basic things, zero equality amongst employees, owner continuously raises rents month after month without making any improvements to the apartment complexes, predatory and outdated use of bonds versus security deposits, owner thinks a Christmas party and an disgustingly expensive dinner out once or twice a year make up for lack of raises, benefits, and overall human lack of human decency towards employees, superiors sneakily post current employees' jobs online from under them and then lie about it when confronted, this list could go on for days and days.
