Don’t ever come to work here. If you are coming from an established OEM or Tier 1, you would struggle a lot with the lack of process, procedures. Managers talk a lot but they don’t get anything done. After just three months here, I feel I’ve been catfished if I compare the job description and the tasks they have given me. My work should be 80% engineer and just 20% admin and I am just doing admin work and I am free most of the day when I asked for more work, and my manager is not giving me more work. I am already regretting working here.
