      Pros

      Most of the people are OK. Better now some of the deadwood has gone. Considering its size the benefits are good and salary sufficient. Good progression possible if you are in the right place at the right time.

      Cons

      Tends to be a very 'jobs for the boys attitude' to promotion. Hard to get on if you just want to do a good job and not spend loads of time mixing with the 'right' people.

      Great pay. Treat their employees well. Room and board covered, most travel expenses reimbursed.

      Cons

      Long stretches away from home, but that's par for the course in this industry.
