      - Overall flexibility; - Work from anywhere (super cool office or remote anywhere in the world); - Real attention to work / life balance (no work in the weekends for real); - Friendly colleagues and positive environment in general; - People & Culture department always keen to offer new initiatives and innovate the organization for the sake of employees;

      - Sometimes there are over-complications in terms of workflows and processes but there is awareness and a will to improve;
