Growify is a really diversified start-up, where the communication is a central point. Everything is made to provide an healthy feedback´s culture. It´s like a family, everyone is working well with everyone, even though the backgrounds are really different. This is what makes the job so interesting. If anything doesn´t suit you, you can talk about it and change it. The flexibility and the trust create a very pleasant environment. You can choose wherever you want to work from and new ideas are always welcome. Every 3 week there is learning day (you can learn whatever you want to) and socials (activities with the team, online and at the office). The focus of the company is the wellbeing of the employees and you can notice it everyday. It´s one of the best compagny that I worked for.

It´s a start-up and that means constant change and evolution. If you are looking for a really stricly structured company or job, it´s not here. I don´t see it as a disadvantage because it allows you to bring a lot of ideas and to set it up yourself. You can be a part of the compagny´s design and I find that awesome but I know some people would prefer other structures.

First of all: In Zeiten von "back to the office" und vielen Arbeitsmodell-Diskussionen ist Growify schon viel weiter. Hybrides Arbeiten ist Standard, für den Besuch im Office kann über ein Tool der Arbeitsplatz gebucht werden. Technik/Tools sind auf neuestem Stand, Schreibtische höhenverstellbar, ergonomische Stühle vorhanden. Dauerhaft gelebte Feedback- und Lernkultur, wöchentliche Updates vom Management und allen Teams, Arbeiten mit OKR, crossfunktionale Teams/ Meetings. Tolle Stimmung im Gesamtteam! Die Firma ist auf dem Sprung ins nächste Level - Software ist super ausgebaut und alle wichtigen Positionen fürs Wachstum sind an Bord: Nun werden Marketing und Sales hochgefahren und die Reichweite + das Business kann losgehen. Wer jetzt mit dabei ist, erlebt eine spannende Zeit mit steiler Lernkurve und viel Raum zum Ausprobieren.

Wir sind noch relativ klein und können noch nicht superviel für Gehälter ausgeben wie große Startups oder Konzerne. Von daher sollte das höchste Gehalt nicht der Hauptmotivator für eine Entscheidung für Growify sein. Insgesamt aber schon wettbewerbsfähig im Berliner Vergleich. Auf der Vertriebsseite sind sehr gute variable Anteile machbar, dazu gibt es für die ersten 3 Mon. eine Garantieprovision. Von daher hier nicht nur vom Fixum ausgehen und vergleichen.
