Growthday has been a fantastic place to work and grow. The team is supportive, communicative and most of all, honest. Never have I seen a company that walks the talk and truly treats its employees as equals. Everyone has a voice and the team genuinely does its best to support your personal growth. Major Pros : 1) Brendon is a great leader, he practices what he teaches. 2) Team is collaborative, transparent, and supportive. 3) Global remote team with flexible working hours and true ownership. 4) Clear direction for the team to work towards. 5) Your work's impact is clearly visible through customer feedback and gratitude.
Cons
Really tried to think of pointers where Growthday can improve, but honestly can't think of a single thing. Wish more companies would strive to have a culture like this.
