Pros
You'll encounter some amazing humans here. You'll have support if you're vocal about requesting it, no shortage of leaning in to help when it's needed. You need to be a go-getter to thrive here, a "driver" and not a "passenger", good things come to those who take control of their career path and demonstrate their value. If you're just hoping to see growth based on tenure and not proving your worth first, you may feel like advancing is tough. Merit is rewarded, "just enough" is never enough here.
Cons
Consider the day-to-day to be "controlled chaos". This company has been around 20+ years and it'll probably be around another 20+, but they are continuously growing and developing their people and their product and it shows in the positive customer feedback. If you don't thrive in a LITTLE bit of chaos, you will not like it here. If you're good with that, you'll feel right at home. You will need to be a self-starter, you will need to take initiative, there is no hand-holding and there is no spoon-feeding. Things can change quickly and without a lot of explanation, so don't be shy about asking questions.
