Pros

Many individual contributors genuinely care about doing good work and supporting customers. The product suite has the potential to serve associations well and often stands out compared to competitors.

Cons

The CEO frequently agrees to build anything a customer asks for, regardless of feasibility, just to close a deal. Sales is encouraged to promise features that don’t exist. As a result, product and engineering teams are routinely pulled into one-off customer work that benefits no one else and derails broader product progress. One team recently had to work past midnight to meet a last-minute customer demand. More concerning is the shift in company culture since the arrival of the current COO. The new leadership approach has fostered an environment of blame rather than collaboration. Instead of teams working together to solve problems, they are now encouraged to point fingers: support is blamed for bad tickets, engineering for too many bugs, product for poor planning, even when issues stem from leadership decisions. This blame-first mentality has eroded trust between departments and created a hostile, high-stress atmosphere. The COO’s leadership style prioritizes control and optics over alignment and collaboration, and it’s accelerating the company’s cultural decline. What was once a place where people tried to fix problems together is now one where teams are pitted against each other with little accountability at the top. Additional reviews referencing the need for employees to adjust to a 'fast-paced' work environment were submitted following senior management's request for responses to address previous critical feedback on Glassdoor.

Pros

I'm relatively new to GrowthZone and I have to say — what an exciting time to join. The company is in the middle of a real transition, and it feels energizing. Leadership is clearly working toward a strong vision, and you can feel the momentum building. What's stood out most to me from day one is the team. Everyone I've worked with has been genuinely helpful, collaborative, and positive. Questions are welcomed, not brushed aside. People take the time to set you up for success, and there's a real sense that we're all in this together. Pros: Supportive team culture that makes coming to work enjoyable Great onboarding experience — colleagues go out of their way to help new hires get up to speed Company is evolving, which means real opportunities to grow and make an impact Positive energy across the team even amid change

Cons

Like any company in transition, some processes are still being refined — but that's expected and it's clearly being worked on.

Pros

Working at GrowthZone has genuinely surprised me in the best way. It's one of those rare places where the positive culture is felt day to day. Management notices and acts on it. My boss recently reminded the whole team to step away from their desks and take a real break. Collaboration is real, even in a virtual environment. You never feel like you're on your own. There's genuine investment in development for both managers and individual contributors. Whether you want to grow into leadership or go deep in your current role, there's investment behind that goal.

Cons

Things move fast, which is exciting but can take adjustment.
