Pros
You receive work, however you will be hounded at random times. I suppose that's the private security world as a whole.
Cons
Communication isn't exactly clear. You feel akin to a commodity. No company provided follow on training. Subpar Uniform quality and subpar equipment. Different post pay a different amount. So if your permanent post is a higher rate...you won't get that pay when covering a post that has a lower rate.
