We take employee concerns very seriously. We would like to be able to address concerns more actively and timely about culture and encourage you to access the various reporting resources available to employees and former employees. Our HR department is ready to assist, you may contact your supervisor, and/or you may maintain anonymity by contacting our ethics hotline as well.
We regret that you believe the Company has not brought in talent with industry experience. We strive to recruit employees who are experienced and familiar with the industry; we have worked at this in the past and will continue to do so in the future. We feel that is important as well.
We are always working to improve and we seek more feedback so we can take further action. At this time, we are wrapping up our quarterly “pulse” engagement survey. We will be reviewing cultural feedback and preparing action plans to improve in various areas.
