Pros
Flexibility, opportunity for bonus, camaraderie at the store management level. Involved with community programs. Laid back for the most part.
Cons
Disingenuous upper management. Over steering towards a rigid corporate structure destroyed what made the company unique and great to work for and increased turnover rate. Cold corporate approach to lower management. Corporate values only mentioned or practiced by upper management when publicity is involved. Rift and total separation/disconnect within company between corporate and store level. Receding benefits. Primarily favors cheap over quality. Struggling and divided company culture.
