Pros
Employees do seem to influence management more than other companies out there. If one of our team members makes a mistake and crashes a robot or machine, everyone helps get things put back together without making you feel bad.
Cons
I can't pinpoint any specific for the company,; in general, machine building can be more stressful at times.
