      No organizational administration of programming, poor management, hap hazard human resource management.

      Pros

      Good benefits (especially medical insurance) and company is good about honoring leave requests.

      Cons

      The organization is opposed to new ideas from its staff and is more focused on maintaining the status quo of what has always "worked" Turnover is high even amongst group home managers and your life can become miserable if you get a group home manager who is poorly organized. Group homes are also located in neighborhoods with high crime rates.
