Great benefits - health insurance fully covered, unlimited PTO, work remote Great people - especially working on the sales team, not a pushy or “sales-ey” environment/team full of people eager to learn and help others Product sells itself…great story and mission Promotions and comp raises are hard to get even when people deserve them
Cons
C-suite lacks empathy and have grown more insensitive to their people. Completely blindsided everyone with lay offs after saying their would be no lay offs coming two weeks prior… Awful compensation package compared to other tech sales roles
