      A tech-savvy company was set up properly for a remote workforce. A great group of dedicated professionals who were passionate about their work.

      Cons

      The partnership model of the company made it difficult for leadership to make decisions. Unfortunately stumbled across ill will in the end that led to my exit.

      This is one of the best companies you can work for. They really take care of their people and I love the people I work for. The challenge of the work and helping others is so satisfying.

      Starting pay can be a little low when you first join.
