Hiring individuals to work under immediate family members but trying to keep it secret. Sales people are treated like they are better than everyone else and treat their team like their personal secretaries. Terrible management and zero opportunity for advancement. Told you are doing a great job and then they turn around and find reasons why not to promote you or give you a bonus. Numerous inappropriate actions and words by fellow co-workers and management. Researched salaries for my position, which I was severely underpaid for and was told by HR it was market salary, however it was much lower than most other companies. Leaving was the best decision I ever made! Now I am getting paid almost double and no longer dealing with being micro-managed for no reason. Wasted way too many years at this underpaid thankless job.
