Interview process very thorough, very organized and all interviews were extremely pleasant! Onboarding very detailed, streamlined, no questions left unanswered. Very good communication from all departments, very welcoming staff. They are genuinely excited to welcome a new employee to the team. After a very thorough interview process, there is confidence on both sides that the choice to hire and the choice to accept a position is a solid choice. Decent pay and benefits. Great team members. Strong community impact.

No opportunities for growth and development. Especially on the communications team, it feels like the place for mid-level careers go to stagnate and die leaders will say they care about growth and development, but only give development tasks with no growth at the end of the road in the past five years only one person within the department has moved into a leader position with all others being filled by people outside the department or outside the company, despite numerous skilled experienced and knowledgeable team members already on the team and interested in growth.
