Business Outlook
Pros
It has a lot of goodwill and loyal followers/believers in it's original mission. There is a lot of stability in the workforce (I.e they've been there a long time.). People are collegial.
Cons
Top management does not know how to fix the big problem which is that they are fundamentally in the direct mail business and that business is now dead. Guideposts is now following their mailing list directly into the grave. RIP
