      Great place to work - friendly and helpful co-workers. Bosses are supportive as well. Room for growth. What you put in you will get out.

      Cons

      A lot of responsibility for each employee. A lot of infrastructure projects that ultimately may be used by millions of people (i.e. electrical work on highways).

      Pros

      Guild is a highly organized company, both in the office and on the job site. They provide all the tools and info to get the job done on time. They have a deep field of employees with extensive industry knowledge to solve all problems.

      Cons

      Very expensive but worth every cent.
