Pros

- There are great opportunities to learn about the MDBs and collaborate with representatives from the banks - All staff have the opportunity to interface with clients - Those who are intellectually curious will enjoy the steep learning curve at the beginning and the numerous options for continuous learning - but one must be self-motivated as there is very little structure and training - Staff camaraderie in the US office is strong - Decent work space

Cons

- As said above, there is very little training, in fact training is predominantly driven by staff reaching out to others - staff much be very pro-active - NO INSTITUTIONAL MEMORY - few people stay longer than 6-12 months. Most leave disgruntled. - Staff camaraderie is strong because, as stated in a different review, they commiserate together. This is due to the relentless emotional abuse from the President which does not end at the staff but is also directed at clients. This adds to the stress of the job as staff are constantly trying to mend the client relationship as well as deliver services. - Pay is well below the DC average and it is not abnormal that pay checks are either late or frozen. - - Sr. and Mid-management hands are tied - no abilities to make decisions and taking initiative is not rewarded. - President impulsively dictates all decisions with no regard for legal constraints, strategic direction or company capacity/capabilities. - Questionable activities with respects to finances and immigration visas - integrity and honesty are not the first words that come to mind.
