      Pros

      Great if your performance seen by top management. Fast career growth, etc. Plenty of opportunities to grow. Good benefits, flexible work environment. Small company feel, but is large multinational.

      Cons

      Lack direction/leadership in North America. Not so great if you are performing but top management is not seeing it. A bit political as there is no local leadership, so everyone tries to fend for themselves.
