I started as an intern at Gushcloud with little background in marketing, but the company provided me with invaluable opportunities to learn and grow. With the guidance of my supervisor, I was able to gain hands-on experience and build my confidence in the field. After graduating, I was offered a full-time role, where I took on greater responsibilities, including managing larger clients and influencers. What I enjoy most about working at Gushcloud is the dynamic environment and the endless opportunities it offers. From collaborating with influencers to attending shoots and events, each day brings something new, making the job both exciting and fulfilling.
Cons
That said, the fast-paced nature of agency life isn’t for everyone. The workload can be demanding, and deadlines are often tight. Work-life balance can also be a challenge, as clients and influencers may reach out beyond standard working hours. However, that’s the reality of working in an agency—it requires adaptability and dedication.
