      Downtown Boston was the workplace before COVID.

      Cons

      The CEO is not much of communicator, and fires people expectantly without much warning. Management pretty much a bunch of children running the show.

      Pros

      Our clients are top-notch, well-respected and well-known brands who rely on GTs solutions for their most mission-critical jobs. The company is well managed by an Exec team who care about their clients and employees and who also get sh@t done! The product is purpose-built and battle-tested and the product team is always adding meaningful features that have a purpose! We have a wonderful international and multicultural employee base who are always learning new things from one another, a very collaborative environment! I'm very proud to be part of this amazing company!

      Cons

      Like many companies that are experiencing growth, some of the processes need to be ironed out. However, the Exec and Management team communicates well which overcome some of these growing pains.
