You will be bullied. Management has no regard to personal development, mental health, or even just a basis principle of human understanding. I feared for new staff starting out (especially the students) and witnessed 6 or 7 girls come and go in the very short time i was employed with this company. The manager has made every employee cry in that establishment and the higher ups just don't seem to care.
