Small, family run business. Owners are approachable and engaged with their customers and employees. Knowledgeable staff who genuinely love working with children and young families.

Small company, wear many hats, healthcare and other benefits were lacking (but this could have changed).

The staff at Gymtime is awesome, and the scheduling is flexible. The facility is great and I appreciated that they took a chance hiring me as a student with less experience than others. I learned so much!

Some of the parents/caregivers of the kids could be very critical or demanding, and the upper level staff didn't always back up the teachers. If a parent says there is an issue, management should make sure what they're saying is true before asking the teachers to make adjustments.
