Saint-Gobain as a whole is very proffesional with good tools for standardization.

While Gyproc offers interesting production processes and opportunities to learn, I have experienced significant leadership challenges. Decisions from top management often bypass the realities on the production floor, and there has been a tendency for people to be placed in roles that do not match their skills. This sometimes creates a culture where only those at the very top are insulated from consequences, while others face difficulties due to unclear guidance and inconsistent leadership. Additionally, I felt very unsupported when raising serious concerns to management and HR, and my experiences of being treated unfairly were not addressed adequately.
