The job it self is rewarding because your serving a greater purpose and the pay is pretty accurate as far as the lower position are concernd. The people in general at the main headquarters are great as long as you stay there.

They will turn a complete 180 on you if you begin to work for the overseas sector of the company. Little or no support is given if its job related they would constantly use a gift for passification to mask the lack of communication between the to sectors. If your trying to advance make sure you are related to the right person because they will pass you up for a less qualified person even if it cost them in the long run. Management on site doesn't care and will let things deterriorrate until there's nothing but a mess no one can clean up or rebuild upon. Its just a real frustrating place to be employed if you want a future.

Before being bought out by Lockheed they really took care of just about anything you needed. Good pay, good communication, and overall a young company who were willing to do things different.

Lots of internal strife from employers who came from other contracts and lots of drama about who was being paid what. Lots of rumors in a work area (Middle East) where there wasn't time to be worried about silly things like who was getting paid what.
