Pros

HAAS Alert is an incredible and exciting company to work for. Truly a life-saving product that helps any first responder or roadway worker go home safely everyday. There are amazing opportunities to work up within the company as well. I started as an SDR & got promoted after 10 months to an account executive. Everyone at the company top to bottom is super helpful and genuinely cares to help you be successful! HAAS Alert is truly a one-of-a-kind company with a revolutionary world-changing product, if you have the opportunity to work for them, I highly recommend you do so!

Cons

No cons. Truly enjoyed every bit of the nearly 3 years working here.

Pros

I enjoyed some people on the team.

Cons

I cannot overstate what a disappointment my time here was. Even though the team was assured bonuses were coming in January 2026, I was laid off a few months prior with a few other team members. HR assured me it was a purely financial decision. I later found out there was at least one promotion the day we were all laid off. My two years at this company was marked by utter chaos. Multiple rounds of layoffs across a ~60 person team. The top leadership was often erratic and sometimes unprofessional. There was no trust with anyone below c-suite. The person I reported to changed five times in two years. I was directly promised a promotion that my supervisor decided to give to another person. I was a hard worker and strong collaborator, but I often felt lost on what my focus or overall career direction was at HAAS Alert. Whenever I tried to earnestly ask for help or clarity on that area, I was brushed aside. Once, I told my supervisor I was concerned about my dwindling workload. Their response was just to tell me to see if the new team member needed help getting organized.
