you get plenty of overtime but its almost always mandatory

very little communication and very cliquey. management does nothing to help with belligerent coworkers. all directives come from upper management off site. the middle management wants all the kudos bc they basically have no say in anything bc of their corporate overlords and they frown on employees having input in anything for this reason. they insist on micromanaging every minute of the day down to exactly when to clock in and out. they watch u constantly and monitor when u go to the bathroom, breaks etc down to the minute. no possibility of advancement and efficiency requirements are basically out of reach so ur pay is always at risk. advancement opportunities arent a problem bc i cant even imagine working there that long or having to deal with the horrible office politics at higher levels.
