Pros
Consistent amount of work and growth. Few if any layoffs. Wide range of experience amongst staff. Lots of good people who work hard and collaborate well.
Cons
Incompetent executive team pulling the company in different directions with an inconsistent message and product. Many clicks and groups working against each other. Many unqualified middle managers that are puppets to executives with their own motives. Support groups are understaffed. Way too many political/favor hires bogging down the production staff. Management takes big clients for granted.
