Cons

Products are not always best-in-class, which makes selling more difficult, strong dependency on the quality of the manager, frequent need to justify positioning against stronger competitors

If you are for ol team you are converted.

Cons

Old products with no clear roadmap, CCO is putter this world. no market info, people don’t have sense of urgency to grow. Churn around 15% across product lines maskared in board meetings. HR don’t exist, and there is strong rumors that one CLevel has side business with a partner is South America. This was escalated to compliance, just silence.
