      - Good work life balance (Nobody calls or disturbs you on weekends or on leaves) - Easy to get un-planned or even planned leaves. No dramatic question if you have geniune reasons. - Moderate work load, Not overexhausting.

      Cons

      - Poor Management vision - You have to self learn new skills, nobody will teach you anything.

      Plenty of autonomy to develop product strategy, GA activities on your own.

      Cons

      Minimal budgets for any products other than marquee ones, Product team operates in a vacuum, so it's often a tug of war for information on product enhancements and pipeline. Salary ranges are on the low end.
