      No pros at all, only unwanted pressure created by managers and their favorite peoples.

      Cons

      Worst politics ever & micromanagement seen in this company as managers here are non technical and they always give hike and appreciation only to their favorite peoples, think thousand times before joining.

      Plenty of autonomy to develop product strategy, GA activities on your own.

      Cons

      Minimal budgets for any products other than marquee ones, Product team operates in a vacuum, so it's often a tug of war for information on product enhancements and pipeline. Salary ranges are on the low end.
