      Pros

      The work load is manageable. All basic facilities are available.

      Cons

      Salary is a bit less for this role. There is no transperancy in the compensation structure. You cannot interact with the top level excutives while being n this role. Easily replaceable and not so critical asset to the company once the bond expires.

      Pros

      Grew a lot at this job. They helped train me and build my skillset. There are lots of different projects to work on that are available.

      Cons

      Pay is low. Still receiving apprentice pay despite increased responsibilities and skills 4 years later. Getting paid to deliver products on a salary that paid for me to read books and do tests.
