There are no pros to working for this company. Your best day will be the day after you quit or are put out the door.

1) Work/life balance - There is none. 2) Pay - not comparable to field 3) Managers - Diversity and inclusion is non-existent. If you are not of the culture, you will hit an unbreakable glass ceiling 4) Benefits - again, not on par with field 5) Time off - No sick, minimal accrued PTO 6) Top management is devious - pits managers against managers to reduce labor costs. Labor costs are the key focus for everything with HCLTech. Loss of 5 FTE field techs over 2 years, zero replacements 7) Management gives nothing but empty promises, stone walling. 8) Offshore everything - HR, payroll, benefits, help desk 9) Language barriers 10) They give out titles to junior techs with zero experience to management to serve at managements pleasure, over other senior managers, to save on labor costs.
