Pros
1) Multiple projects are there, which helps to get project easily. 2) Like the management. As of now i have good experience with hcl management. 3) If you are interested for learning new tech or want to upgrade yourself you can enroll yourself for learning portal and can join certification program.
Cons
1) Salary hike is very less. 2) Most of my team member which belongs to same as my account faced cost cutting. By knowlingly they have reduced the rating. which will impact the variable pay. 3) Notice period is 90 days which is a concern it should be 60 days.
