Disappointing experience with little growth or meaningful work - Analyst HCLTech Employee Review

The training period was very long and very strict, which felt more like being in a strict school than working in a professional environment. Even after joining, there was very little actual work to do, and many employees seemed to spend time without meaningful tasks. As a fresh graduate, I expected to learn new skills and gain real experience, but I felt my time was mostly wasted. There were limited opportunities for growth and skill development, and the support from HR was also disappointing. Overall, it was not the experience I expected when starting my career.
