None I can think of! Only reason you should join HCL is to get off the dole queue. Even at that you would probably be better off financially not working.
Cons
Treat staff with no respect. Add more and more work. No appreciation for good workers. Drive to get rid of long term workers to eventually move the jobs to India. Serious amount nepotism here.
