      Pros

      I have no pros for this company. I'm sorry, they are just horrible.

      Cons

      If I could give HCL 0 stars I would. They are a horror company and only care about what looks good on paper and what makes money. They are slave drivers and none of the Indian managers care. Every position is a lateral move, even if you go from level 1 to a manager just so they don't have to pay you more but still have to do the work.
