      Pros

      - No time logging. -Depending on project one can avail WFH.

      Cons

      So many downside. - No increment - Bad Senior management - No proper hierarchy -Confused HR - Bad infra. -Company motto is "Employ First". That's actually last. I always felt HCL has left with under performers who don't have other options.
