Still growing, you can learn things and perhaps grow. One of the established companies and you won't face any problem in general. Good life . high prospects.
Cons
No strict rules and regualtions ... come and go sort of thing .. I have some friends who never work ... go late come early and finsh of things at last moment .. or do they ???
