You are given limited space to work. Nobody in the management is bothered how the work is being performed, even can put your values, company;s values or anything at stake.
Cons
No work pressure. Actually senior management in PSTN (one vertical withing HCL) is busy in politics & groupism that they are actually minimal concerned about employee growth.
