      Pros

      HCL is good and a secured company. They have good projects and very well structured hierarchy. They deploy very good strategies to over come the crunch situations

      Cons

      In my views, the only draw back I see in this company is, they give a lot... only to the employees who fight. They least bother about the employees who work and doesnt demand.
