      A desi company with all videshi culture gives all sort of freedom to employees at work which in turn brings the best.

      Cons

      Sometimes Salary doesn’t match to the market rate and morale budget is not even as per market standards. The internal process sometimes comes as hindrance for the career growth of individual.
