      Flexible work culture Very well defined organizational structure Best for managers(top level employees) Good HR interaction Good opportunities available if you are self motivated/dependable resource One of the best company to work if you are planning for a very long term relationship with company.

      Cons

      Work balance between employees is not equal which can be better(Another IT company) Employees talk in their own native language which is very annoying.
