Pros
HCL provides you recreational opportunities which maintains work life balance. HCL provides long term onshore opportunities. Reporting manager is a matter of luck, In my case, I was lucky. If you get aligned to a good project, you will get lot of exposure and experience.
Cons
Sick leaves has got lot of constraints so u will have to manage via Annual leaves only. Even after getting best rating, you might not get raise as compared to other MNCs.
