Might get onsite opportunity that too based on the project manager or the lead approval .
Cons
Salary wise the pay is very less. IF you get inside the hike percentage will be less. If you are joining as fresher dont accept any other location that HR's usually give you because once if you joined that location there is no point of return from that location . Either resign or change your domain completely . Lot of politics based on state level.
